Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size isn't available, we'll offer store credit or another suitable option.
You're responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item you received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part, in which case it's on us.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paystack. Your bank or payment provider may take some additional time to reflect the funds in your account after that.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable — except where the return is due to our error or a defective item.

You can cancel an order before it's been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under our standard return policy instead.
